The wizard council rulebook is a simple, rules-light roleplaying guideline on how to structure your wizard council meetings. Each session of play is based in the meetings you hold, with arguments, debate and general tomfoolery being highly encouraged.

This guide can be played on it's own or can be absorbed into any other TTRPG you choose, as the game requires no GM and the few rules that do exist are easily adaptable.

Made in Decker as part of Deck-month. Unfortunately has not been play tested before submission. Fonts used from here and transitions used from here.

The first counsel for the Wizards with no sense of right and wrong has ended with 80% frog, 10% shotguns and a questionable robe.
